I wonder if this is a way to bug a house?

I was figuring  this had to do some how with a bug. I mean why would any one even try to  custimize there house with anything besides  the main account unless it was by accident or someone looking for a bug

My take on this is that they are saying you have to be on the character that placed the house, not just on the same account.

OHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh   You are correct 12x^. Makes you kinda wonder now. Wonder what nice thing you can bug your house with now? If you customize with another character on the same account does all your items fall through the floor and decay? Or do you get double housing secures if you customize with another character from the same account?

this could be a real pain if like me you might have deleted of transferred that character to another shard.
