Was just thinking about those, u have to go through tram to get to them right?  Guess no reds can raid unless you can recall in, but I don't think you can..

There are 2 champs there that are pvp area's, rest are pvm.

You can enter the Abyssal Infernal spawn at the 3rd level of Hythloth at the top of the stairs leading to the 4th level. It's the room with the balron. There's a set of doors on the West wall. Open the doors and go through.

The Primeval Lich spawn you can enter from the 4th level of Deceit. If I remember right there's a spot where the floor is depressed that you enter from. It's the room where the liches or maybe lich lords are.
