Hi there everyone, my name is John, I'm 27 from Indiana.
I first started playing UO around 1998. That went on for a few years, playing on OSI...LS what what...then they starting coming out with the Trammel / Fellucia thing and making some changes I didn't really agree with so I quit playing. I never really made a lot of progress on OSI since I didn't have a lot of time to play unfortunately. Had a decent hally mage and my blacksmith, as I was all about making plate armor for some reason..

Got to loot some houses a few times too since at that time stuff couldn't be locked down, if you got someone's key and rune it was on! Really fun stuff.
Things changed a few years later though and I started playing on Hybrid. Got really into doing idocs and built myself quite the fortune as well as getting more and more into Pvp. Idocs were really my favorite thing to do though because you got the excitement of pvping over the loot plus you could always end up with a plot or some sweet stuff

That all changed again though as life got in the way and I somehow let my houses drop. Really sweet setup too, three separate houses all in line along the coast...built to look like cannonball torn castles

I tried to justify that it was for the best and so I took several years off away from UO after giving away most of my remaining stuff to noobs.
Recently that call that we all know too well began again and I had to reinstall and log-in. Probably not the best idea when going back for my masters but hey it will be good relaxation right? lol Anyway I guess that kinda leads me to why I'm here...Since I never really messed with EasyUO before and seeing that I have some rebuilding to do, I thought maybe some of the excellent tools at this site could help me do that. Additionally I have just finished my first programming class, in python, and that has really motivated me to try several languages and I thought it would be fun to try my hand at some scripting as well as I'm sure there are some similarities.
Anyway, that's about that..looking forward to posting here and learning all I can.
John
