It is written by a friend of mine who now does Tier 2 tech support and chronicles some of his more ridiculous calls. If you don't understand any of what he's saying, you're probably the person making those calls!  ;)

That is funny.  I used to blog about my horrible dating experiences on MySpace.  Who would have ever thought that it was that very blog that got me and my wife together because she used to read it and get a good laugh.  Strange how things work out:)
