Hey all just jumping back into the UO community after a long break been playing since 2ndage and it seems that no matter how many times you leave the game you allways find yourself back on it sooner or later. This time I figured I'd get a head start last time I was playing razor was the big thing and easyuo.
I enjoyed writing and tweaking scripts mostly minor stuff for me and a few friends never got to heavy into the code but it was enough to make me understand just how little of uo is played in the game these days =). That got me thinking about the last 2 or 3 idocs I hit, how everyone seemed to find them super quick I did some searching and found a link to scriptUO and TrailMyx's IDOC Finder v1.6 and from what I've been reading it sounds great. Thinking its about time I start getting with the game plan and checking out some of these scripts myself. Hoping to be a fairly active member of the community now that I'm playing again.
Little background info-went to school for computer programming so coding isn't a foreign idea, have 2 kids and recently started into my own real estate biz due to lack of programming jobs in michigan, mostly a night-owl but that changes based on workload and what kid is jumping on my head when I'm trying to sleep. I'm a horrible code monkey I'll sit for hours bashing my head against the wall trying to tweak a script with 1 error in it that just won't fix.
Well thats the basics hope to start messing with code again soon and its good to meet you all.
