Hello all,
My name is Scott. I never thought i would come back to UO, but the bug hit again. I started playing UO after they put in tram. I learned the hard way about Fel. I played for about a year and then moved on to other MMOs. what i have found over the last 10 years is there is no game out there that is close to as good as UO. They best thing about this game is that it is a true sandbox. There are so many things you can do, i get stuck sometimes trying to figure out what i want to do for the day. It amazes me that all the new MMOs out there didnt look at UP and use some ideas to make their games better.
I actually sold my first acct years ago thinking i would never play again. I was lucky that a friend had a few accts and when i decided to return to the giant sandbox, he gave me 1 of his accts. My only regret was ever leaving UO in the first place. I do wish there where more people on my server cause i used to love running a vendor house, but the demand isnt what it once was. I would hope that UO devs would find a way to reinvent the game to bring more people in. Its very obvious that the people that play other MMOs and say they are the best have never played UO. I mean really play it.
