Hello everybody! My name is Erik and I'm back to UO after a few years off. I'm here playing with a friend and we're getting back into the swing of things.
We've had a hell of a time trying to find ourselves a good mmo that can even compete with what UO has, and we're always drawn back to UO. You just can't beat what UO has to bring. It has a great community, you have to put time and effort into your characters to get your skills just right, but best of all you can have one character that can change as you change.
I'm currently working on getting my crafting skills at the right area's so that i can make my sampire back the way he should be, and possibly turning him into a samadin. Although having another person to play with is always a huge help since you're able to do just about any spawn or boss fight there is. That's what we love to do, try and figure out ways of two manning just about everything in the game. It gets to be quite a fun challenge.
Having a background in computers makes working with scripts quite fun and enjoyable. Not only figuring out how everyone puts little twists into their scripts but also it's quite enjoyable to try and troubleshoot them when they break. Granted you can't always fix the script without knowing exactly what's going on in it but being able to read though the script with all the comments that the authors have kindly put in helps quite a bit.
So i wish to say hello and thank you all for all your hard work on these scripts!
