Hello to everyone! My name is dorthlous and I'm currently spending a ridiculous amount of time playing on a private shard with friends.
I admin and code for the shard as well, which, strangely enough, is relaxing compared to my day job of coding to create video games (!!!).
I used to play UO back in the day, where I made a great friend. The only issue is he lived in Australia and I in Canada. When technology started changing, one lost account and I lost my way to contact him. Still, he showed me just how fun the game could be and I'm relearning it all today.
I don't know if anyone would be interesting in the sort of script I code (Like extension to the Yard Decorator system, for example, a YardFeeder), but I'll gladly talk about and share them if someone is interested.
