I’ve played UO since early 2000’s, I remember watching my uncle play and watched him tame a dragon, right then and there I wanted to get in on the action. Back then I never fully understood the whole inner workings of how the game was played. I pretty much just winged it and hoped for the best. After a few years of playing I took a dive into pvp and was hooked on the thrill of the chase, not knowing when you’ll get ganked or if you’ll be lucky enough to not get unalived. We ended up making a group of stealth archers and hang around fel yew gate and just enjoy those precious moments that majority of us take for granted. Slowly but surely everyone I played with started quitting one by one, then I ended up leaving. Trying to fill the void I went to play GuildWars, although I like that game, it will never fill the shoes of UO. I ended up joining the military and once I got out to be a civilian again I decided to get back on UO and see what all has changed and to see if I can keep up with the changes. Lately I find myself going back and forth playing a free shard and osi, can’t really get enough lol. Needless to say UO will be my most favorite game ever.
