Faction ranking

Hello,

The factions on my shard is nearly dead... however, I still want some of the faction items...
I wonder how the faction ranking mechanism is working... Can I have my rank up by simply killing faction-opposite monsters?
Is it possible I can get to rank 10 by killing monsters?

No.  You must kill faction people or steal sigils.  Stealing sigils sounds like your best bet.

depending on what shard you play, I know on my shard, some people will pay to get points.

u have four options
1 steal sigils and transfer points
2 have two accounts 1 in one accountin a faction the other in another and kill the one that u don t need points on and then delete him ever few days and wash and repeat
3 kill other faction members
4 buy faction points only way to get points

You could also eat 2 120 stealings(or what ever it is you need to steal sigils) and soulstone the skill over thus not loose the point upon transfer.  Most shards are screwed when it comes to points though and the rest are getting there. 

You might want to make a gimp stealth archer and just join up, kill players at the gate and transfer those points over.

I bump up to rank 10 now and I have only 2 killing points. Looks like no one is playing factions on my shard.
