Is there a way to make it Insure our looted items? I see the  set %BOS_ITEMS  line, but my account can't use bags of sending unfortunately.

Personally, I totally agree with OEUO as a replacement for EUO, but only when it's ready.  IMHO, it's just not ready yet.

TM, you're a smart cookie, why don't you lend a hand to him? I'm sure he would gladly welcome the help?

Cheffe IS ultima online in more ways than imaginable. He gave people YEARS of notice, and people drug their feet.  How can you honestly say no one will trust him?  I find all of these ridiculous opinions/rants/statements to be so ungrateful it's disgusting.

There should not be an emulator? Why would you need an emulator? OEUO allows you to write everything in a better/faster/betterx2 fashion.. your scripting and ease of scripting just got multiplied by 10000.

Like you said Manwinc, exactly what you said : "they were limited by the capabilities of EUO itself"

TopTwo I just am getting such a horrid opinion of you from your posts on this matter hehe, but I have a feeling you haven't been around in exploiting/scripting circles for any real amount of time/at all. So I guess that's to be expected.

_C2_ again, absolutely rediculous lol.  You were at HYG and stuff too, you're not a new cat... to say those things about Cheffe is appauling. You people lol.  Cheffe's done more for this game then any of US, myself included x10.

Way to talk *bleep* on the guy who gave you everything you wanted for years for free and now is just asking for help.

This is why there are different levels of socialism, and of people in general. This is a beautiful example of where people fall based on mindset and depth :)

SearchUO has said for years now that it doesn't use EUO, and everytime Ultimacodes is down SUO is normally up sooner... it's been like that for years.

I by no means want to thread crap, but I just want you to be aware that Cheffe said OEUO is going to be done within the next week or two?  With the coding looking close enough to OEUO in structure I don't know how valuable this project would be from a time:reward stand point.

Just my opinion, but it's cool to even conceptualize it.

Cheffe Posted at: Posted: Wed Oct 13, 2010 23:32

I have made up my mind. You value stability, I value progress. I have heard your opinion and understand your concerns. I am not willing to sacrifice two years of my work so you can have a good life. At this point it's either going to be me or you.

Keep in mind what it's all about: You don't want to be inconvenienced for a few weeks. If you think you should quit UO because of that then maybe you should.

I didnt realize...if you go back to the thread right after Cheffe made his major breakthrough and decided to take his ball and go home like any whiney baby...he did what any whiney baby would do...he locked the thread ROFLMAO!!!!!

This is hilarious, because without Cheffe, as people like TrailMyx would know (being he's one of the people that have been around in exploiting circles for numerous years) UO exploiting in general would be at a complete stand still.

Cheffe is the single most important figure to ever step foot into any programming/exploiting circles (edit: involving UO). I personally have worked with Tavu, Cheffe, Lord Anon, and every great mind since this games inception and Cheffe is far and above the most versatile and talented. To actually "lawl" because the guy who made your UO experience enjoyable for FREE for YEARS got tired of the laziness is appalling.

The funny thing is LUA is not a hard language, it's actually extremely easy to adapt to. But people are lazy and/or unskilled and would rather choose to complain because Cheffe took his ball and said "if you can't stop drooling on yourselves, I will make you a better bib. you just have to wait".

The cool thing in this is what it says on Ultimacodes.com , It's shut down and that guy was nothing but a credit card fraudster anyway so good to see him go.   SearchUO and FindUO will be up tonight, since they have said in the past that they don't utilize EasyUO.

Hopefully this kills alot of the less useful members of our gaming society.

New member introductions / Good evening! An introduction
« on: October 09, 2010, 04:55:51 PM »
Hello,

My name is Chris and I've been playing UO for too long. I'm a member of EasyUO and AC, and now that I'm back from another UO hiatus I wanted to join this community as well.  Back in the day I used to PvP around Trinsic on Catskills,  or hunt Elder Gazers on my faction tamer. Lately I've been enjoying all of the new PvE content introduced, I really think this dev team is doing a fantastic job at keeping UO fun. I'll be noticeably absent during the week for the most part. Work in IT tends to keep my busy :<

I can script, fairly well, nothing high end, but I do understand all of the logic.  I'm looking to wrap up a new crafter/imbuer and give that a go :)

I think that summarizes me, I do understand UO system logic rather well, so I can probably be of use in discussions on the weekends.

Good work on the community, and for a registration process that requires some thought :)
