1 bottle McCormick's carribean jerk seasoning
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 orange bell pepper (diced)
1 habanero (finely minced)
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
1oz.triplesec (or 1oz rum and orange zest)
1 package of whatever chicken is on sale.(de-bone, de-skin, cut into small pieces)
1 package burrito shells
mixed shredded cheese
sour cream

2 sauté pans

prep ingredients. In first pan sauté all vegetables lightly seasoned (butter, oil, whatever you like to keep them from sticking to the pan) until al dente.

Sauté chicken in the second pan, heavily seasoned. when chicken starts browning add brown sugar and triple sec and cook until caramelized.

combine the two pans and cook for roughly 2 minutes.

Clean the empty and place back on heat.
Lay out burrito shells and fill with mixture, add cheese and sour cream. fold.
Wet the shell where the fold burrito on the heat pan, fold crease down. Cook until crisp, and than turn 1/4. repeat until all sides are toasted.(if done properly the burrito will stay close)

Eat, enjoy, take full credit.

(you can eat the filling by itself or with rice, pic is of the filling over rice with squash)
