UO CARTOGRAPHER And Windows 10

HELP  Storm took out my computer had to buy new one and having problems with uo cart....black screen and says can't find files, but I put all the mul files in uo like on my old computer but it won't work, am at my wits end, any help would be great. I love using Uo cart and would like it working again for me..  Thx in advance    Kandie ;)

PS: I hate windows 10 so far........

Where did you get the mul files from?  Also try running cartographer in admin mode and see if that helps.

I saved my mul files on memory stick from easyuo back when they had changed, yes I sign in as admin on everything :)

I actually just tried to install it and found the same error as you.  First thing is that it's calling for a path that doesn't exist for me.  See if the path it's asking for is where you actually have UO installed.

If you have black screen you need torebuild map.    Right click, options and rebuild.   Try that

Make a note of where it's trying to look for the map files, Kandie.  You might actually take that path and re-install UO just where cartographer wants it to be.  My guess is that it'll work better afterwards.

Server address is for if yo want to connect, so other can see where you are. 

Also ensure you have  new version of Enhanced client.

OMG I prolly can't remember everything, but I did reinstall uo both clients, EC and CC and then got my mul files off my memory stick, and instead of dragging them to uo directory, I copied and pasted, and also reinstalled UOCartographer .....oh and first time I d/l UO I picked SAVE instead of RUN so second time I picked RUN, so I honestly don't know what made it work, but it does :)
