I am old but new. Since Covid kicked in time to pick up the old ball and chain again. I live in LA County we will be spending a lot of time indoors.
Let me introduce myself I am NoSpareChange. I started playing back in 1997 and played for about 10 years and quit. Why you might ask? Well I had a kid which has consumed all my time. This is why my account is so old on ScriptUo. Not sure if I ever did this back then been so long.
Some of my fondest memories of playing this game was doing harrower we would fight from 3PM to 3AM on just 1 harrower. At 3PM you would be fighting the East coast and by 3AM you would be fighting the Asian players. Nothing compares to the combos in UO from weapons to magery.
I do still miss the old days of taking peoples house keys, and setting tinker traps in the dungeons. This game is truly timeless. My kid is even playing now. So much to learn and so much to do I feel like I time traveled. I still use the old client as well. I hope everyone is safe and wishing you a Merry Christmas.
