Greetings everyone! Well.. it never fails, UO always in some way, shape or form pulls me back in. Ultimately that could be just because it holds a near and dear spot in my heart as being my first MMO back in 97 and a game my uncle and I both bonded over since he's been a father figure for all my life. I dabble around and with some of the free shards as well as the OSI/Live servers. I've come to enjoy the community they all have to offer as in the end we're all passionate about the same thing we're playing .. UO.
I used to play on Atlantic, but my uncle, a friend of ours and I got tired of not having a house or hangout spot so we moved to Pacific, then ultimately Settled Origin. We now and have been firmly planted on Origin and have no intentions of moving from there. Especially when we met so many people who made the game so enjoyable. Unfortunately of the most influential persons that everyone on the server called "mom" had passed away so, a lot of people left. And the ones who stayed are ones who knew her, or were in her guild.
But as I started off, UO always finds a way to pull me back in. Its for sure one of the only MMO'S that I ever get the urge to play have no problem subscribing to. While there are some good ones out there, nothing is as historical for me gaming wise as this one. I've lurked on this site before, and at some point I'm pretty sure I've used it but its been so long now its hard for me to remember. Anyways i look forward hanging around, as i get older i find the slower pace of UO is more my style now.
