if you use the Manual Alt + F1 you can filter through any bag/container.  though using this option will not enable the hide feature.

• Automatic Vista detection
• Detects if you are hidden in Heartwood and allows for looting.  Will not loot while hidden and farming.
• Small bug in hidebody function fixed.
• New BBCode list item function.  You can now cut/paste the content of the last window frame refreshed into the STATUS textbox and post directly onto the forum.  Good for posting your rules, item information, status information, etc.
• Fixed bug for looting colored fishing nets.
• Fixed small bug in opening containers
