Just wanted to introduce myself as another long-time fan of Ultima Online. I've been playing UO since the late '90s—started out on the Napa Valley shard back in the golden era. Like many, I ended up stepping away after the Age of Shadows (AOS) expansion dropped. It just didn’t feel the same.
That led me to the private server scene, and I dove headfirst into UO Hybrid. I was there from the beginning and stuck around all the way until the shard closed. After that, I took a break from UO for a while.
Eventually, I came back when Outlands launched. Honestly, I didn't like it at first. So I went exploring and tried out a bunch of custom private servers—some better than others, but each with its own charm.
I've been around the block when it comes to UO, and I’m always happy to meet fellow players who remember the old days—or who are just discovering the game now.
