I've been playing Ultima Online for quite a long time now. Over the years I've played on Dream Master, Mysterious World and several of their later editions, as well as shards like ZK and FV, so I've had quite a few different UO experiences along the way.
I've always been interested in scripting and automation in UO. I try to write my own scripts and macros, but even after all this time someone will come up with a new idea or a completely different solution that surprises me. That's one of the things I enjoy about communities like this one — seeing how other people approach the same problem can open the door to completely new ideas.
I'm especially interested in things like EasyUO macros, rail-based movement, resource gathering, PvM automation and generally finding smarter ways to automate repetitive parts of the game. Sometimes even a small idea in somebody else's script can inspire a completely different solution in one of my own.
On most forums, games and scripts I've usually gone by [n] or Rada.
I have an IT background, although mostly at a basic level, but programming, scripting and different programming languages have always interested me. UO scripting has been a fun way for me to experiment, learn and figure things out on my own.
I'm looking forward to reading through the forum, learning some new tricks and hopefully sharing some of my own ideas and experiences as well.
