Trying to find out what ml monsters drop these pieces, cant remember which it was.  Uoguide doesnt say anything.  Seem to remember seeing a list before but cant find it. Thanks.

I thought it was only peerless boss, darkfather & champs.  But no idea I've never gotten the legs/gloves.

no, i got a piece off swoop and a piece of miasma. i think any named boss from the expansion has the potential of having them. kinda like the rare colored parrots.

ml monsters and it says doom boses drop em.  I thought certain ml monsters gave certain peices, like swoops u had a chance to get greymist or leaf weave one.

I never heard that certain things gave you certain armor sets.... I do know that Doom bosses and any named ML monster has the chance of spawning a set piece.

I've got the non rare pieces off things like swoops, but not the rare ones.  I did get feathernock quiver off of niera today.  Was a 2 hour fight for it! lol.

You can get the "less rare" pieces from any named ML creature, but the "really rare" pieces that are necessary to complete the sets come from ML bosses. I was not aware of getting set pieces from Doom bosses, so I don't know which pieces they drop -- would make sense for the pieces they drop to be the higher end pieces...

I'm just one of many. Just a smallfry compared to some of the other players out there. Plus it's not hurting you any  

As in real life the more money you have the easier it is to make more money. For example on my active shard I bought Wind Spirit 3 days ago for 5M which I will take with me to Atlantic and resell for 15M or more. I'm always on the lookout for a good deal.

You have to be aware of what items go for what and on what shard. And you have to look ahead. I've spent a good time searching the "SearchEngines" to see what you can buy low and sell high. And I won't hesitate to transfer and liquidate my wares at it's the cost of doing business.

I also made a fair share of my fortune farming power scrolls and selling replicas though those seems to have diminished some in value. So I'm not the bum you claim me to be  

Ultimately the Quester is what put me over the top. I took full advantage of it. TM occasionally refers to it as 'Scripting Abuse' and of that I am definitely guilty when it comes to the Heartwood Quester.

But back on track....the Assassin Suit kicks ass. Throw on some Mace and Shield Glasses, A Jackals Collar, or a Gladiator's Collar and with the right ring and bracelet you'll be 70's across the board. Get your hands on a fast bow with 30-40 SSI and it's like having a Soulseeker but on an Archer (60SSI). I always prefer magical shortbows. Rata-Tat-Tat..Machine Gun fire.

If you have the extra gold and your not sure what to spend it on I think it's well worth the investment. The Gloves and Legs will run you anywhere from 40-50M. The tunic and Arms are floating around on most shards and pretty easy to come by.

As far as farming the Legs and Gloves I don't think I received either when I was farming Dreadhorn and I've done over a 1000 DH runs. You'll have better luck getting a Crimson Cinture to drop than you will one of the Assassin Set Pieces (Gloves&Legs).

I've killed 100's of thousands of Miasma's and never gotten a piece of assassin.

Gloves and Leggings only drop from ML boss and Darkfather , But I can tell you this set is no good beside SSI 20%

4 Parts and bad resists, always equip mace and shield glasses and jack collar (because fire resist) or replica collar.

Hard to have full resist and you also need a godly ring and brace.

I can say ToT is the best for warrior/archery (stormgrip, Rbc and Feyleggings)

I just wanted a suit for the novelty.  i agree the faction items, rbc, storgrips, and fey leggings are better.
