Does it happen on EVERY sign, or only when you are among a LOT of houses. The script needs time to read the house sign, so if there are a lot of them around it is trying to read everything in range at the time.

Pretty much on every sign, but like you said it needs time to read it...Can you change the wait on it or?

LOL, your asking the wrong guy about how to change things, a script writer I am not. Maybe one of the others here can tell you how/if it can be changed. I pretty much leave things alone...or I break it, and hafta re-download it to make it work again

question, Ive been using this script *because its about the only thing that works* Ive noticed when you walk up to a house it actually makes you stall, like doesn't let you move for a second. Any reason? Do I need to change something somewhere?

That's by design.  The reason it stops is because "event property" returned a value that was blank.  This happens when you are moving with the mouse and clicking.  So in order to return a valid in #PROPERTY, you must stop and check again.  This is another reason why this script works as well as it does is because I spent ALOT of time figuring little quirks out like that.

So I would recommend you leave that in...

One helpful hint for you:  Instead of clicking and holding the mouse button down while you wander around and look, left-click + right-click to start walking forward without having to hold the mouse button down.  If you do this, you'll minimize the bogus #PROPERTY values that are returned.

Ok, I am trying to use this script and i am a total newb at this stuff and have a couple questions...

1) Does it work On UOGamers: Hybrid?
2)How do you insert the houses condition or the house or the status..lol

There is a good chance that this script will NOT work on anything then a OSI shard...sorry.

Assuming your shard is post-AOS, this script should work OK on freeshards  that are RunUO based.  I'm not familiar with the era of your shard since I don't play it.  But post-AOS should be fine.  I use this script on Alexandria for example, and it works fine.
