Stone Statues and Exploding EV's

Seems like I may be having a problem with my UO Graphics?  The other day when I was fighting Medusa I was seeing Stone statues of things that were killed as well as of the dead Copies and Evil Twins.  The Energy Vortex's all turned to a frozen statue of a large exploding purple thing. 

I re-started UO and seems that the problem followed me.  While I was fighting in the Gray and Green Goblin areas today, I would see a small statue of a dead goblin standing like he was frozen in Stone???  Energy Vortexs look the same -- big purple explosions frozen before they disappear. 

I am wondering what caused this?  More so, I am wondering what I should do to fix it?  Ideas?  Suggestions?  Stop playing UO all together?

I have heard of people seeing htem selves walking while standing still.  I personally have witnesses my self looking like i was doing the russian dance or in war mode but not actually be in war mode.  I think it is a buggy new patch is all.

I like the ice skating horses.  The vet reward statues moving is creepy (thought I was hallucinating at first).  Was anyone able to figure out how to get them to get off their stand and walk around?
