I was able to get a few robes but I cannot seem to gather the strength up to do any more.  Especailly now that you can buy 50 crystals for 10 mil on atl.  That is worth, the item, time, and minutes wasted back in your life!

My guess is that price will be going up in the months after the event is over, I'm going to keep watch on this one. Hopefully I'll be able to go for a couple hours tonight and scoop up enough blue's to get my first robe.

I was wonderig that too... but considering I have gotten the lesser robe (without 140 luck) off 1 in 2 harbingers over the course of about 12 bingers, i am unsure how much it will actually go up.  Luck sucks and never seems to be working correctly and all the pvp mods that are desired are on these lesser robes that are plentiful.

Luck is one of those things that people chase without any really good reason.  Case in point: Leurocian's Mempo.  Luck is a shiny, shiny object that everyone wants if they can get it.

To a certain extent, luck *does* work.  Therefore, for a robe that doesn't sacrifice anything while it adds an extra 55 points to the luck ceiling, people will pay a metric ton of pixel gold and call it a bargain.

I don't think 30M is right, but it's probably not much lower than that...provided you elites aren't hoarding the secret to a massive stash...

It's becoming more and more apparent to me that you WAY overestimate the power of SUO Elite status. If I were to venture a well-educated guess I would say that the UO-richest people visiting these boards are probably still in Jr Member status.

Really?  Hmm...I just figured that with the FAF, the HWQ, Full CLAw, etc you all would have several hundred million stashed away.  I sort of forgot that scripting can be an end unto itself.

For example...why waste weeks building a full auto Ant Quest runner if not for the fun of it?  It's certainly not going to make me rich, but it is so satisfying to see that toon churn out powder!

I know ive never Run any of those scripts myself personally. 
So just cuase the beach is in your backyard doesnt mean you actually walk on it.

And yea for me its more fun creating scripts than running others... but i also do like to see those piles of gold... the delema.

Yep NOBama...and you see that I am seldom even around my home shard, building chars for me is prolly one of my more fun things to do in UO. Yeah, I have plenty of gold on a couple shards...but I like building toons! Why else would I have 4 imbuers already??
