Does casting from a wand interrupt other actions like you are casting normally?

using a wand is just like casting, if you use a great heal wand it will pause and cast like your casting the spell, but.. you can't be disrupted..

You can use gheal wands and cast AOE spells like essence, earthquake, wither, etc.  Bring the target up on it and wither away!  You can also use a gheal wand while running...  you didn't hear it from me!

I thought they fixed it so wands made you stop and cast back when everybody was running around on a necro/mage w/wands..

yeah tested it again yesterday, you pause when you use the wand. Not sure on the disruption.
