I was once walking down to my pond (Its a square acre and 25 feet deep in the center) one day, and noticed some serious Thrashing around going on near the edge. All this fish tail was sticking straight up out of the water thrashing about violently. Finally it stopped, and began moving straight out into the water (Still sticking straight up).

Me thinks this fish got PWNED by a turtle. Turtles varying from about a foot in diameter to 2 feet in diameter.

We tried to get a slick back snapper up on land, had it hooked twice, but it BENT the 4/0 hook straight trying to lift it. Darn thing would dig in and impossible to get out of the water.

It just hung out where we were fishing and attacked everything we were catching LOL

I've got my next avatar ready... I'll leave the turtle up a little longer though. My next isn't animated, and TM will be the first to recognize what it is, but I'm sure some of you will get it ;)

I caught a turtle once. Not sure if it was a snapping turtle or not, but as soon as I got that thing to shore I ran like a girl screaming. haha
