Ok, I agree that this has got to be a nearly tragic condition but this line in the story just needs to be called out:
"The condition has also been depicted on the ABC medical drama "Grey's Anatomy"
Did something change while I was sleeping where the fictitious, prime-time, medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" became the benchmark for measuring believability or seriousness of a medical disease ir condition??? "I'm sorry sir, I've never seen a rash like the one on your ass. Perhaps Grey's Anatomy could shed some light on it tonight!"
What are we coming to?
