After many days of trying and experimenting, I finally set up a UOC Server for my Guildmates and Friends on Pacific to use and enjoy.  It is actually very simple (once you know how).  There are some steps involved that are not really given in the UOC setup instructions.   The key is to give out your external IP Address ro those you want to give access to and not your Internal One.  Also, I would use the global password function, so that you can change the password if you do not want certain people to have access to it. 

If any of you want to set up a UOC Server and are having problems, I would be more than happy to walk you thru it...!

That's a great idea.  I will do a write-up this weekend and post it in Tutorials (you can move it to where it will get the most benefit).

I've run 2 or 3 (unfortunately have to do it on different computers (or virtual computers). If anyone has questions, I too am able to answer just about anything, including any static ip, dynamic ip, dns, or port forwarding issues. (If you don't know what they are, you'll probably run into an issue with at least one of them! lol)
