Goodness!!

They did say in the dev video that it would run a lot more points than anything else in the collection sysytem...but 10 million?!?!  And it's account bound!!  So no buying one from other players.

No way in heck they are getting 150m in gold for that ship from me, nor do I plan on fishing enough to accumulate that many points.

Wow.. Just plain.. Wow..

Haha for sure. However, they gotta do what they can. There are plenty of legitimate ways to make 100s of mils. I like this idea, and would encourage more of these kind of powerful, but not OVERLY powerful, account bound items.

A good start on real gold sinks would be increasing the cost of items sold by NPC vendors and increasing player run vendor fees. And yeah there are legitimate ways to make hundreds of mils... between duping and no effective gold sinks this game's economy has serious inflation problems and there is a LOT of money floating around. It's good that they give the option of paying money for this because that's 150 mil that is permanently deleted from the game.

There's been so many good ideas for gold sinks over the years. The whole dye system with tokuno, and even the upper end nice looking plant ones, could have been all done by buying them off a npc vendor for gold.. That would've gotten rid of a fair amount of gold.. Could have greatly raised the price of gems for imbuing, and made the durability not so high. Tons of things.

:)  Why not just shoot for 7, or however many characters you have.  And set them all together like a huge arse island out in the middle of nowhere!
