Fonts not right on fresh install

The font used in menus and such aren't working right on my new Win 7 install.

Anyone know off hand what the fix is?

I'd try control panel - Fonts = Font settings Restore defaults first

In your display settings, mess with the ClearType settings.. maybe it's just not set right to what you'd like it at?
