Thanks! I'll look into this. I hate starting knew characters thought, lol, but i guess tamers just don't cut it anymore.

Tamers work fine if you still want to get your 3 essence per day.

I just had to comment on this. I have a fully legendary mage tamer with one of the best GD'si have ever seen and even with that they are right sampires are broken and can annilate spawn. It is a sad day but true. Make a sampire and you will be happy.

Well I'm more of a crafter, so i don't know much about hunting. If you can point me in the right directon?

Make a sampire, they are all around great for farming anything.

This will help you after you have made one to kill things quickly.

Just some advice i too am a long time tamer and had a difficult time letting go that he is not as needed as before.  I now run a garg thrower Sampire and it is amazing what i am able to accomplish soloing things.  I do Felucca champ spawns solo, abyss solo, me and one other sampire kill stygian abyss dragon alone, and many other things.  I  still do things with my tamer but, my new money maker is the sampire.
