a few weeks back I sent her the link to this page http://update.uo.com/design_368.html   Ultima Online and Usage of powerhour which nicely has a date on it Sep 10 2001 12:01PM  for her trade mark dispute.  Weather its useful at all that's for her trademark lawyer to advise

Surprisingly I got a note back from her:  "Hey, Sweet, thanks! I hadn't heard of this before. This site even has a date on it. Nice! Ali"
